Department news that HODs can publish and everyone can watch live.

This notice board is set up for Principal access and three HOD departments: ECE, EEE, and CSC. Messages are stored with date and time, can be scheduled, and rotate automatically on the monitor or TV display page.

Timed Messages Each notice can have a start time, end time, and its own display timer in seconds.
Department Control ECE, EEE, and CSC HODs can publish only for their own department. Principal can publish for one department or all.
Public Viewing Students and visitors can open the news board or TV screen directly in any browser without admin login.
